L&F Cleaning handles the parts of a cleaning service that usually go wrong: quoting the job honestly, putting it on the calendar, keeping you informed, taking payment cleanly, and following up afterward.
The cleaning itself is performed by experienced independent cleaning professionals and teams. That structure lets us match the right professional to the job — a detail-oriented residential pro is not the same person you want on a post-construction final — while keeping one accountable company in front of you.
Cleaning professionals in the L&F network are screened before being offered customer assignments.

Who we are
The L and the F are us.
L&F Cleaning is owned and operated by Lian and Freddy, a husband-and-wife team based in Glendale, Arizona. The name is just our two names.
Being a two-person, family-run company is the whole reason the service works the way it does. There is no call center, no dispatcher three states away, and no account manager who inherits your job from someone else. When you call, you get one of us.
L&F handles quoting, scheduling and customer communication directly, so the person you reach knows about your job. We can do that in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
We live and work in the same communities we clean in, which is a simple kind of accountability: we are going to run into you at the grocery store.
